Oracle Developer

Radio Access Network Engineer

What you will do:

  • trend analysis and forecasting based on network performance reports and rollout / growth plans (2G/3G/4G networks)

As a Regulatory Coordinator you’ll be responsible for assessing regulatory information (from calls, emails, web forms, customer relations, retail) processed by all customer facing teams.  In addition, you will manage team workloads and work distribution and ensure that the agreed SLAs are always met by the managed team. 

What you will do:

  • Manage team workloads and work distribution
  • Execute operational tasks as per regulatory assessor job advertisement
  • Delegation of responsibilities, planning and prioritizing work in the team
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including weekly/monthly calls with the international partner regarding key operational updates and performance
  • Ensure that a high quality of services is delivered by the regulatory team
  • Ensure that the agreed SLAs are always met
  • Handle escalations of issues and support the team in solving them
  • Adherence and upholding of compliance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement, process efficiencies and people development
  • Train and coach the team on operational tasks; ensure that the knowledge of the team with regards to operational procedures is understood and known.

  • Have previous experience of people management
  • Have excellent written, reading, comprehension and verbal communication skills in English
  • Be attentive to detail, with both excellent listening and written skills
  • Have problem solving and root cause identification skills

As Campaign Deployment Executive you’ll support the development of existing and new channels of communication for deploying contacts to broadband and business customer bases across all brands. You’ll be responsible for deployment of contact plan activities through deployment execution and fulfilment process expertise.

What you will do:

  • Support ongoing development of SMS/MMS/Email capability through optimization of deployment engine, creative display and delivery mechanics
  • Support ongoing development of bill messaging capability, working with key technical teams and external supplier to test and launch enhancements
  • Manage deployment execution of technical channels (including SMS/MMS/Bill) to deliver campaigns to end customer
  • Support development of new customer campaign channels
  • Ensure day to day channel capacity is managed, prioritized and optimized
  • Ensure that the Management community are aware of channel functionality, capacity and benefits in order that contact plan demand makes full use of available capabilities
  • Act as point of contact for channel performance reporting, fault and SLA management
  • Input to and delivery of plans to leverage deployment tools and channels across customer segments.
