Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Service Desk Engineer. The job objective is service trouble resolution, 24/7 service monitoring and technological monitoring of Core, Billing and IN/VAS.

what you will be doing:

  • 24/7 service desk technical support
  • 24/7 service monitoring (service availability Mobile and Fix)
  • 24/7 technological monitoring of Network Elements
  • services troubleshooting

what we are looking for:

  • university degree in Telecommunications/Information Technologies/Informatics
  • at least 2 years of experience in Mobile and/ or Fix Services Support
  • good knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G architecture
  • knowledge of NMS
  • proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
