Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Service Desk Engineer. The job objective is service trouble resolution, 24/7 service monitoring and technological monitoring of Core, Billing and IN/VAS.
what you will be doing:
- 24/7 service desk technical support
- 24/7 service monitoring (service availability)
- 24/7 technological monitoring of Network Elements
- services troubleshooting
what we are looking for:
- university degree in Telecommunications/Information Technologies/Informatics
- at least 2 years of experience in Mobile Support
- good knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G architecture
- knowledge of NMS
- proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
