Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Projects Coordinator to work with our International Partners.

The Project Coordinator will work with all faculties of the fibre delivery and maintenance team across the entire lifecycle from pre build submissions, in build submissions and post build submissions of network adjustments to be cleared.

what you will be doing:

• Support/Facilitate the daily execution and submission of documentation through 3rd party systems:
• Review & Approve documentation for submission
• Ensure reporting (ST/other) is updated prior/during
• Adopt/Develop set of reporting measures
• Track status updates and financial approval for Network Adjustments
• Update teams on progress
• Responsible for resolution of data quality issues (missing, duplicate and inconsistent data)
• Govern finance procedures
• Escalation point for internal/external

what we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of similar experience: PMO, Project coordination, Project assistance (telecommunication field would be a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills, communications skills (written and verbal) which will be utilized in achieving desired results and are critical to the position. 
• Great at building strong internal and external working relationships.  
• Keen and eager to learn new things.  
• Passionate about telecommunications and technology.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Fluent in English
