HR Payroll Administrator (with German)

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of HR Payroll Administrator to work with our International Partners.
HR Payroll Administrator will be responsible for Payroll & HR service for the entire employee life cycle as a member of a Service Pool.
what you will be doing:
Payroll tasks
- Interface to the compensation office regarding military service, maternity, paternity and family allowances
- Creation of employer statements & interim earnings
- Claim of the national allowances for the paternity leave
- Various mutations in SAP (salary adjustments, supplementary payments, change of address, bank details and overtime payments etc.)
- Processing of repayments for further education
- Control and booking of the different daily allowances (accident, EO, KTG...)
- Collection and annual declaration of the FABI data on the salary statement
- Processing of withholding tax settlements
- Payment of employee placement bonuses
- Processing of Ambassador Plan data (leaving settlement & annual settlement)
- Preparation of service anniversaries
- Posting of birth and wedding allowances
Ensuring Backup of Admin tasks
- Processing of incoming tickets, as well as dispatching to 2nd level or other specialist teams
- Creation of various written documents and mutations (a.i. bonus, spontaneous bonus, PEP etc.)
- Handling of family allowance applications
- Creation of various recurring reports
- Carrying out recurring various checks (entries, exits, ELM, mutations, etc.)
- Recording of mutations in SAP, Workday etc. as well as external employees
- Filing of documents in the digital personnel dossier
- Creation and ensure the update of work instructions
what we are looking for:
- Commercial education, additional education in area of HR is advantageous
- Minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in a similar role (administration, figures, payroll etc.)
- Solid IT knowledge, experience with databases and systems (ex. SAP)
- Good IT literacy including ability to use all Microsoft Office packages, advanced knowledge of Excel (reporting) and Word (mail merge, creating mass documents etc.) desired
- Fluent written, reading, and verbal communication skills in English, German
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally to the organization
- Ability to handle business dynamics and constant change
- Ability to recognize correlations and consider their impact accordingly
- Integrative, strong service concept, independent and result-oriented
- Fast learner and problem-solving skills
- Well organized, time management and stress management skills
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, flexible and high level of accuracy
